Death and dying is a part of medicine which many of us may not feel properly prepared to deal with before entering the clinical setting. In recent times, more than ever, health professionals have had to face a substantial number of patient deaths amidst the global pandemic.
If you’d like to become more death literate, or if you have an experience that you’d like to share in a safe space, then UQMind’s Death Café is the perfect place to do so. Dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the ticket price.
When: Saturday 15th May, 4-6pm.
Where: Innes Room, UQ Union Complex, St Lucia.
Tickets: Go on sale at 6pm on 6 May 2021 – purchase your ticket HERE – https://uqminddeathcafe2021.getqpay.com/
