The first Incision UQ Journal Club for 2019 will be held at the Queensland Children’s Hospital Auditorium (Level 7) on Tuesday, 26 February, at 5:30PM. This will be a wonderful opportunity for students to get involved and to lay a foundation in surgical research.
For this Journal Club, we are fortunate enough to have Professor Roy Kimble, a Paediatric & Neonatal Surgeon at the Queensland Children’s Hospital, as our guest speaker. Professor Kimble also serves as the leader of the Children’s Burns and Trauma Research Group. At the Journal Club, Professor Kimble will discuss his current research and will talk about what opportunities are available for medical students.
