Get ready to hit the ground running in 2020 with our very first surgical skills workshop of the year, brought to you by Incision UQ and GPSN. Can I come? Absolutely! Whilst the event is catered towards Phase 1 students, Phase 2 students are definitely welcome to come and refresh their surgical skills. If you’re a Phase 2 student and you want to do MORE than just refresh your skills, Incision UQ will also be organising an Advanced Surgical Skills Workshop catered to your needs later in the year. What will I get out of it? Basic surgical skills like suture techniques, surgical hand ties, laparoscopy and gowning/gloving are the skills that you will walk away with at the end of the day.
